Our Story

By Two Chefs is family-owned and operated business in Bedford, TX. Robby and Victoria Hooker have been chefs and in the hospitality industry over 30 years.

Our services are unique as we offer a customized, personal touch to each guest. We believe in making each guest count, that each person should have a great experience. ​

We met in college at culinary school, got married and started a family.  We have worked in restaurants, resorts, country clubs and hotels.  We have both taught culinary arts at the collegiate level.  These experiences have helped us to develop a keen knowledge to be able to focus on the needs of our guests.

Victoria loves to create the best experience for her guests. She was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM where she grew up with a love of food. Formally trained at Johnson & Wales University, she learned how to create food and developed a new love for hospitality. Victoria anticipates needs and strives to create memorable experiences while providing exceptional service.​

Victoria Hooker

Robby started cooking at an early age.  A 5th generation Texan, he loves cooking and is able to create custom flavor profiles using classic cooking techniques he learned in culinary school at Johnson & Wales University. Robby is able to create experiences for his guests that are comfortable, fun and unforgettable. He loves connecting with people and making them happy while exceeding their expectations.
